Meet Matt
Founder, top commercial agent and team lead at Storefront Toronto, Matt believes in the future of storefront commerce. His range of experience and his personal drive, complemented by the National Royal LePage Commercial banner, will help you reach your real estate goals.
Matt has purchased, sold and leased over 100 storefront properties in the GTA. He successfully negotiated a client’s sale price from an initial bid of $3 million to a selling price of $9 million dollars.
Matt has participated in several large land assemblies, and has developed best practice Sellers, Investors, and Tenant Guides for small landowners. He focuses on storefront properties in order to bring his knowledge of business practices, municipal by-laws, and investment success to the fore.
Matt lives in the heart of Toronto in Cabbagetown, with his wife and three children. He spent his early years in Etobicoke, helping with his family’s rental apartments and recreational properties.
His professional experience include Executive Training in Negotiation from the Ivey Business School, allowing him the expertise and experience to make the strongest business case for your property. Matt is well positioned to connect the right buyers, sellers and tenants for storefront properties across the GTA, and is well connected with the commercial real estate community.
